Emma is a Clinical Psychology Doctoral Candidate specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity questions, trauma, postpartum, life transitions, perfectionism, and self-esteem. Emma strives to create a supportive, reflective therapy space where mind and body can work together. Drawing from this foundation, she utilizes several psychodynamic perspectives while emphasizing the mind-body connection to help clients understand themselves and their needs more deeply. She works collaboratively with clients to explore how past experiences shape their present feelings and relationships, creating space for growth and change.

Emma is currently in the fourth year of her doctoral program at The Chicago School. Her background includes experience working with individuals and groups in a range of settings, including private practice, community mental health and residential treatment. Emma is excited to work with individuals and couples both in person and virtually.
