Andre Semenchuk is a clinical psychology doctoral candidate with experience in individual therapy, group therapy, and psychological assessment. Andre utilizes both classical and contemporary psychoanalytic and psychodynamic modalities in therapy with an emphasis on object relations from a relational lens. Andre enjoys working with individuals who struggle with aggression, anxiety, depression, reality testing, trauma, dissociation, substance use, and conflict, and he has experience in treating mood and personality disorders.
Andre earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis, his master’s degree from The Chicago School, and is currently enrolled in a clinical psychology PsyD program at The Chicago School. Andre has worked in a diverse range of settings, including inpatient hospitals, community mental health centers, and schools. He utilizes this broad array of experience to look at therapy through a holistic lens that attends to all domains of his patients’ lives. Andre works individually with adults and adolescents; he prefers in person therapy.
